In Torbe, a hamlet of Sospirolo, the Sagra di Santa Teresa reaches its forty-first edition in 2026, which the Gruppo Ricreativo Torbe runs under the formula of the «21st year of the boce». Four days of cooking, live music and village games, with the motto the group has carried since it was founded: «goliardia has set us apart since 1982».

The programme, day by day

Thursday 1 October

• 18.00 — mass in honour of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, followed by refreshments.

Friday 2 October

• 12.00 — the canteen opens, announced in dialect as «mola al penel e gnen a magnar».
• 18.00 — «Aperiviola», with the cocktail apecar «Ape-Viola».
• 19.00 — kitchens open, with cuttlefish as the special dish of the evening.
• 22.00 — live music with Empry River.

Saturday 3 October

• 12.00 — briscola card tournament, «buri buri fora».
• 14.00 — the kitchen opens with scios (snails).
• 17.30-18.30 — happy hour; from 6 p.m. the «Ape-Viola» apecar returns.
• 19.00 — the kitchen opens with venison.
• 22.00 — live music with Black Dream, on tour for their thirtieth year.

Sunday 4 October

• 11.00 — «Apericesco».
• 12.00 — non-competitive race.
• 14.30 — «Giocando con il cavallo», an introduction to the world of horses for children, run by Collina dei Sogni.
• 16.42 — the frasca opens; salt cod in the kitchen.

The kitchen

The group announces first courses, grilled and sliced meat, venison, scios, salt cod, cuttlefish, tripe and hand-peeled chips, at what it calls «honest prices».

Where

The festival takes place in Torbe di Sospirolo, along the road of the Mis valley. It is organised by the Gruppo Ricreativo Torbe, active in the village since 1982.
