“Al porzel de Sant Antoni”: Soranzen’s travelling street show on Sunday 25 October
On Sunday 25 October 2026, meeting at 3 pm at the headquarters of the Pro Loco of Soranzen, the village, a hamlet of Cesiomaggiore, becomes the stage for “Al porzel de Sant Antoni” — the miraculous piglet —, a theatre show that moves through the streets, houses and courtyards.
The story
In a time of hardship, Saint Anthony and Saint Francis hatch a plan: to make a piglet appear “by miracle”. It passes from family to family, each feeding it as best they can, and meets the other farmyard animals along the way. It is a comedy about village solidarity, suitable for children too.
