RE/MAX Italy, the real estate franchise group led by Dario Castiglia, closes 2017 once again posting record figures, both in economic terms and in the development of its network across Italy.
In 2017 RE/MAX recorded a 21.3% increase in the Group’s aggregate turnover, exceeding 50 million euros (compared to 41,433,254 euros in 2016).
The number of transactions handled by the network of professionals affiliated with RE/MAX in Italy also rose by +17.42% compared to the previous year, for a volume of around 2 billion euros (1,974,738,501 euros).
The real estate agents affiliated with RE/MAX Italy further improved their performance, selling a property roughly every 33 minutes, 9 minutes less than in 2016.
The real estate franchising sector in 2017 saw approximately 400 real estate agencies choose to affiliate with a franchise brand.

For 2018 the network’s development plan envisages continuing the recruitment of new professionals to join the affiliated real estate agencies already operating across the territory and those that will open during the year.
The goal RE/MAX Italy has set itself is to exceed the threshold of 3,750 affiliated real estate professionals, and for this it aims to recruit over 1,000 real estate talents.
RE/MAX Italy closes a 2017 in which it experienced major changes, reaching great milestones and gaining important recognition. Among these, one cannot fail to mention the purchase of the new RE/MAX Italy Building in Milan, to which the RE/MAX Italy staff relocated, leaving after 20 years the historic headquarters in Agrate Brianza — a move also followed by a worldwide graphic restyling of the brand.
