Festival dell’Olistico 2026 in Limana

Eighth edition of the festival of Alternative Natural Remedies. For two full days the Area Pro Loco in Limana hosts practitioners, talks, workshops, market stalls and a vegetarian and vegan food point. Free entry.

Practitioners present methods, treatments and remedies linked to a range of disciplines: yoga, pranayama and meditation, massage and self-massage, reflexology, mindfulness, traditional Chinese medicine, ayurveda, aromatherapy, naturopathy, analogical disciplines, numerology, kinesiology, Tibetan singing bowls, shiatsu, reiki, counselling and breathing practices.

Saturday 5 September programme

• 10:30–11:30 Vinyasa Yoga, with Sara Dal Pont and Amit Dimri
• 11:45–12:45 Pranayama, with Elena Brancaleone
• 14:30–15:30 Hands-on workshop on making a smudge, with Elena Bongian
• 15:45–16:45 Hatha Yoga and energetic self-massage, with Lucia D’Angelo
• 17:00–18:00 Presentation of the Dien Chan natural self-treatment method — Original Vietnamese Multireflexology of the Face, with Monica Stiz

Market stalls and catering

Stalls with semi-precious stone jewellery, local essential oils, stones, crystals and incense, prints and paintings, natural ethnic clothing, natural candles, mandala art, herbal teas, smudges and pendulums, alkaline water devices. The food point serves a vegetarian and vegan menu prepared, as the organisers state, with 100% local produce.
